🔑 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Portal
Go to dashboard and log in using your registered email and password.

Once logged in, navigate to the Wallets section from the main menu.
Select the wallet from which you wish to withdraw funds.
💡 If you can’t see your available balance, it may still be in your trading account. You’ll need to transfer the funds from your trading account to your wallet before making a withdrawal.
💳 Step 3: Click “Withdraw”
In the right-hand panel that appears, click Withdraw.
This will open the withdrawal request form.
💰 Step 4: Choose Withdrawal Method
Select your preferred withdrawal method — available options may include bank transfer, crypto networks (USDT TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20 / SOL), or other supported payment systems.
⚠️ Note: Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts.
If your verification level isn’t sufficient, you’ll be prompted to visit the Withdrawal Limit exceed page to upgrade your account before proceeding.
🧾 Step 5: Enter Withdrawal Details
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Provide your destination details, such as:
For crypto withdrawals: your wallet address and network type (e.g., USDT-TRC20).
Applicable limits, fees, and processing times will automatically appear based on your chosen method.
🔐 Step 6: Confirm and Authenticate
Review your withdrawal details carefully, then click Submit to confirm.
If required, complete additional verification by entering your 2FA code or the confirmation code sent to your registered email address.
🛡️ Double-check that all details are accurate — crypto withdrawals are irreversible once processed.
⏱️ Step 7: Approval & Processing
It will be processed automatically based on the payment method you selected.

You can monitor your withdrawal status anytime:
Go to the Wallets page and select your wallet to view recent transactions.
Or, open Transaction History to see the full list of pending and completed operations.
