🔑 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Portal
Visit dashboard and log in using your registered email and password.
💼 Step 2: Go to the Deposit Section
Once logged in:
Click on Funds in the left-hand menu.
Select Deposit to begin the process.
💲 Step 3: Choose Wallet & Currency
Select your destination wallet (for example, USD Wallet).
Under Choose Currency, select USDT.
Choose your preferred payment network — options typically include TRC20, ERC20, or BEP20.
💡 We recommend using TRC20 for faster processing and lower transaction fees.
🧾 Step 4: Generate Your Deposit Address
Click Send Request to generate your unique deposit address.
You’ll see a wallet address and QR code appear on your screen.
Use only this address for the current deposit request — each new deposit might generates a new, unique address for security reasons.
🚀 Step 5: Send Your Funds
From your personal crypto wallet or exchange:
Select USDT as the asset.
Choose the same network you selected in the Client Portal (e.g., TRC20).
Paste the generated wallet address or scan the QR code.
Confirm and send your funds.
Once the transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it will be automatically processed and credited to your FortressFX account after network confirmation.

✅ Always ensure that both the asset and network match exactly — for example, USDT (TRC20).
Sending via the wrong network or token type may result in a permanent loss of funds.
✅ TRC20 transfers require a small amount of TRX as gas (network fee), which is much lower than ERC20 fees.
✅ Crypto transfers are irreversible, so always double-check the address and amount before confirming your transaction.
